Showroom Throwdown
Why we built this.
A truly one of a kind bike. This Throwdown was custom painted by Fresh Paints of Whistler to complement our Special Edition Jade Cloud colour scheme. Silver accents pop against the Jade Cloud frame and components to give this a stand out but understated look. Top of the line RockShox Ultimate suspension front and rear offer the plushest and most balanced ride. A SRAM XO Transmission drivetrain with Maven Ultimate Special Edition Teal Splatter brakes complete this coveted build.
With 170 mm of rear travel and a mixed-wheel configuration, the Throwdown is built for riders who head straight into the chaos: steep chutes, blown-out corners, deep landings, and natural lines that keep the suspension working. The smaller rear wheel allows more travel with a compact, reactive rear end, giving the bike a grounded, confident feel without sacrificing agility.
Built from premium 6066 alloy, the Throwdown is the first Chromag adult full-suspension frame made entirely from aluminum, carrying forward our trademark attention to detail in a new material with an emphasis on durability.

Each bike has been meticulously assembled with care and attention by one of our skilled mechanics. Just like all of us here at Chromag, they live and breathe bikes, so you can rest assured your ride has been built and inspected to the highest standard.
Each bike here is unique, whether the build kit or paint job, no two bikes in the shed are the same. Once they're gone, they're gone so be sure to check back often!

Sizing
If you're between sizes, it's a good idea to try to ride them both, either by hopping on a demo or stealing from a close friend.
